Sam McWilliams is the Director of Pitching at The Ranch. 

Sam was drafted in 2014 by the Phillies and spent time with the Diamondbacks, Rays, Mets, Padres and Reds. 

After retiring in 2022, Sam was introduced to Paul Chavez and both agreed it would be a great time to launch a new pitching program at The Ranch.

Sam plans to utilize his experience and passion for baseball to help other players excel in their careers – whatever their goals may be. His mission as Director of Pitching is to share the knowledge he's obtained over his time in the game, while simultaneously mapping out short and long term development plans for anyone that chooses to train with us.

We are offering throwing programs in monthly phases, clinics, camps, as well as small group sessions.
